General Refund Policy

We offer refunds for products under certain conditions. To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Timeline: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, including ceiling designs, corbel designs, column designs, fireplace designs, niches designs, corner designs, border moulding designs, and doorway window designs, custom or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in production.

Process for Returns and Refunds

To request a return and refund:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at VERTEXPRODUCTSSALES@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or errors.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
